L&rsquo;article 2 de la loi de Marl\u00e8ne Schiappa, portant sur les violences sexuelles, a \u00e9t\u00e9 le sujet de nombreuses discussions et parfois de contre-v\u00e9rit\u00e9s, illustr\u00e9es par cette d\u00e9claration de la d\u00e9put\u00e9e insoumise Cl\u00e9mentine Autain.<\/p>\n<h6>La loi est li\u00e9e \u00e0 tout acte de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration<\/h6>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab En 1980, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 arracher une d\u00e9finition du viol (\u2026) elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 tout acte de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration. C\u2019est ce qui sp\u00e9cifie le viol par rapport aux autres agressions sexuelles (\u2026) Avec votre article 2, vous \u00e9tendez la d\u00e9finition des atteintes sexuelles sur mineurs aux actes de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d\u2019un majeur, d\u2019un adulte sur un mineur de moins de quinze ans.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C&rsquo;est aussi le reproche que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans une p\u00e9tition sign\u00e9e par une centaine de milliers de personnes. Pourtant cette critique est infond\u00e9e. Car contrairement \u00e0 ce que dit Cl\u00e9mentine Autain, l\u2019article 2 ne minimisera pas le viol en \u00e9tendant la d\u00e9finition du d\u00e9lit d\u2019atteinte sexuelle. Il s&rsquo;articule en trois points diff\u00e9rents et c&rsquo;est le deuxi\u00e8me qui pose aujourd&rsquo;hui question. Il vient compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;article 227-26 du Code P\u00e9nal relatif aux atteintes sexuelles aggrav\u00e9es sur mineurs.
