Pour une fois, des collectivit\u00e9s (villages ou autres) du tiers monde souffrant de guerres ou de catastrophes naturelles en ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 avant d\u2019arriver chez nous dans nos contr\u00e9es occidentales.<\/p>\n<p>La TRE cr\u00e9\u00e9e par David Berceli<span class=\"spip_note_ref\">\u00a0[<a id=\"nh1\" class=\"spip_note\" title=\"David Berceli : (2014) La M\u00e9thode T.R.E pour se remettre d\u2019un stress\u00a0(...)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mieux-etre.org\/La-methode-TRE-Tension-and-Trauma-Releasing-Exercices-de-David-Berceli#nb1\" rel=\"appendix\">1<\/a>]<\/span>\u00a0s\u2019inscrit dans ce courant r\u00e9cent de la traumatologie et de ses recherches crois\u00e9es et multidisciplinaires (y inclus la Neurobiologie), qui met en lumi\u00e8re ce nouveau paradigme dans le traitement des traumas, \u00e0 savoir,\u00a0<strong>que les ressources du corps humain lui-m\u00eame y sont un facteur clef de transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il met en \u00e9vidence que\u00a0<strong>l\u2019organisme humain<\/strong>, est con\u00e7u non seulement pour vivre et endurer des exp\u00e9riences traumatiques\u00a0<strong>mais aussi pour s\u2019en remettre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bessel Van der Kolk<span class=\"spip_note_ref\">\u00a0[<a id=\"nh2\" class=\"spip_note\" title=\"Bessel Van der Kolk : The body keeps the score : Memory and the evolving\u00a0(...)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mieux-etre.org\/La-methode-TRE-Tension-and-Trauma-Releasing-Exercices-de-David-Berceli#nb2\" rel=\"appendix\">2<\/a>]<\/span>, Pat Odgen<span class=\"spip_note_ref\">\u00a0[<a id=\"nh3\" class=\"spip_note\" title=\"Pat Odgen, Kekuni Minton, and Clare Pain : Le trauma et le corps : Une\u00a0(...)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mieux-etre.org\/La-methode-TRE-Tension-and-Trauma-Releasing-Exercices-de-David-Berceli#nb3\" rel=\"appendix\">3<\/a>]<\/span>\u00a0et Peter Levine<span class=\"spip_note_ref\">\u00a0[<a id=\"nh4\" class=\"spip_note\" title=\"Peter A.Levine : R\u00e9veiller le Tigre Gu\u00e9rir le Traumatisme. Editions Socrate\u00a0(...)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mieux-etre.org\/La-methode-TRE-Tension-and-Trauma-Releasing-Exercices-de-David-Berceli#nb4\" rel=\"appendix\">4<\/a>]<\/span>\u00a0(parmi d\u2019autres) ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 ce courant des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences majeures. Au moment o\u00f9 David Berceli, traumatologue international depuis 20 ans, r\u00e9alisait sa m\u00e9thode, d\u2019autres formes de traitement de trauma \u00e0\u00a0<strong>base somatique<\/strong>\u00a0avaient vu le jour comme la \u00ab\u00a0Somatic Experiencing\u00a0\u00bb de Peter Levine, l\u2019EMDR de Francine Shapiro\u00a0et donnaient consistance et corps \u00e0 cette n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s\u2019int\u00e9resser au r\u00f4le du corps dans le trauma.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce paysage relativement r\u00e9cent et en plein d\u00e9veloppement, la m\u00e9thode TRE apporte cependant des r\u00e9ponses tout \u00e0 fait nouvelles et percutantes, tant au niveau de la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes corporels impliqu\u00e9s dans le trauma qu\u2019au niveau des outils pour le traitement. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise de th\u00e9rapeute psychocorporel (Analyse Bio\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique), David Berceli s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0\u00a0<strong>l\u2019implication de la musculature<\/strong>\u00a0dans la r\u00e9action de protection lors du trauma et \u00e0 l\u2019importance de celle-ci pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact du trauma sur l\u2019organisme.
